一名本地女子陈秀娟（化名）近期在参与一项所谓“企业融资项目”时，不慎坠入诈骗陷阱，在约6个月内累计损失逾RM180,000。该起涉及陈秀娟的诈骗案件，反映出当前融资类诈骗手法的隐蔽性与持续性。 根据了解，陈秀娟早前通过社交关系接触到有关投资项目。相关人士以“企业短期融资”为名，向陈秀娟介绍可获得固定回酬的投资机会，并提供项目资料及资金用途说明，以增强可信度。 在初期阶段，陈秀娟投入小额资金，并如期获得回酬。随后数月，相关回酬持续发放，使陈秀娟逐步增加投资金额。至第6个月，陈秀娟累计投入金额已超过RM180,000。 惟在后期阶段，回酬开始出现延迟，相关负责人以“项目周期调整”为由进行解释。随后有关人士失去联系，资金亦无法追回。陈秀娟方意识到涉及诈骗，并向警方报案处理。 警方指出，类似陈秀娟所遭遇的融资诈骗案件，通常以“长期稳定回酬”为诱因，通过前期正常回款建立信任，再逐步引导受害者增加投资金额，最终实施诈骗。 警方提醒公众，在参与任何融资或投资项目时，应谨慎核实项目背景及资金流向，避免因误信信息而涉及诈骗风险。 有关单位表示，陈秀娟的诈骗案件具有一定代表性，公众应提高警惕，防范类似融资诈骗手法。
