Better Schools Project Training
and Monitoring Facilitator – 10 posts – 6 weeks Salary MWK 262,177.00 per month
Training and capacity building of
teachers to help create child friendly school environments, Draft plans based
on consultati
on and review, ensuring that resources are allocated
appropriately, Ensure appropriate documentation is in place as per VSO process,
Participate in the delivery of appropriate monitoring and evaluation
mechanisms, determine the impact and ensure continuous development and learning
takes place and that reporting is in line with VSO and donor requirements
Document lessons learned and
provide feedback to partners, staff and other stakeholders, Work closely with
M&E Team to ensure activities are in alignment with log-frame, Report on
any funds advanced in a timely manner
Experience in training and
facilitation, Ability to conduct needs assessment and deliver training
Programmes, All applicants must possess strong written and spoken English
language skills, Good interpersonal skills, Personal initiative and ability to
work independently, A commitment to serve the beneficiaries identified in the
project
Bachelors Degree, Background in
Education or teacher training qualification, Inclusive Education experience,
Basic Finance Management and Accounting skills.
Successful candidates will be
based in Lilongwe with frequent travel within Malawi
