Adventure Tour Coordinator
This is a great opportunity for somebody looking for a quarter back
position within a small wilderness tour company. The Adventure Tour
Coordinator will be responsible for the office day to day operation
including: customer inquiries (emails and phone), bookings, web site
administration, data entry
and internet correspondence, quotes,
general office organization, and correspondence with the operation at
Algonquin.
The office manager position carries a lot of responsibility and should
be somebody who is driven to work with minimal supervision and who is
keen to mature with a small company.
Essential skills include:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Microsoft Word,
Excel, Outlook, Simply Accounting, progressive internet know-how,
exceptional organizational skills, ability to work with pictures.
START DATE: This position begins immediately.
COMPENSATION: starting $17.50/hour
