Job Summary: The Sales Representatives will work directly with the
Area Sales Managers and National Sales Manager to ensure the ReadyPay brand is
strong in their area, to hit sales targets and to oversee the implementation of
after-sales services.  The job function involves, Brand representation,
meeting sales growth targets, planning and prioritization, sales trends analysis
and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:   
  • Hit sales
    targets set for your territory
  • Actively support
    and oversee Ready Pay Points of Sale (POS) in your territory
  • Demonstrates
    products and services to potential customers and assists them in selecting
    those best suited to their needs.
  • Emphasize
    product/service features and benefits, prices, discuss credit terms, and
    prepare sales order forms.
  • Ensure quality
    of after-sales services is exceptional in your territory
  • Build and
    maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services and competitor
    activities
  • Build and foster
    a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Identify, train
    and manage a team of product champions in your territory
  • Build and
    maintain relationships with managers and staff of Ready Pay Dealers in
    your region.
  • Work in liaison
    with MTN representatives to benefit from their additional activities e.g.
    shows, radio advertising etc.
  • Collect, analyze
    and report product and customer feedback to contribute directly to Fenix
    product and business development strategy
  • Management of
    stock at POSs ensuring healthy supply for RPCs to access
  • Always maintain
    professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray Fenix in a positive
    manner
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The ideal
    candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three
    (3) years of work experience with at least three (2) years of sales
    experience
  • Prior experience
    working in rural sales environment
  • Proven ability
    to hit sales targets
  • Significant
    experience with and ability to effectively work with teams
  • Ability to
    customize and clearly communicate the Fenix value proposition, including
    quantitative and qualitative benefits to the customer and the consumer,
    for written and verbal presentations to all types of stakeholders
  • Possess the
    ability to manage inventory and after-sales services processes
  • Outstanding
    written and verbal communications skills in English & key languages
    spoken in your region
  • Ability to learn
    and share technical specifications of Fenix products
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Apps
  • Passion for
    Fenix, Ready Pay and our customers’ experience
  • Team player
  • Demonstrated
    ability to execute on key duties and implement projects to resolution
  • Strong
    organization and critical thinking skills
  • Ability and
    drive to work independently
  • Humility,
    honesty & flexibility
