Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible to ensure all
walk-in visitors are welcomed and dealt with appropriately in the reception
area while presenting a professional image for the
organization. The receptionist is also responsible to greet appropriately all
main switchboard incoming callers and deal with or redirect calls/queries. The
Receptionist will work closely with the general public in order to ensure the
smooth operation of the reception area and switchboard.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a good
Bachelor’s degree - Two or more years+
receptionist/switchboard operator experience; - Customer service experience will be
advantageous. - Skills in relationship management
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Customer orientation
- Good problem solving skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Time management
- Accuracy
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in all relevant ATCSA Systems
- Professional image aligned to brand
