Responsibilities:
- To achieve monthly sales target.
- To generate new leads via cold-calls, blitz
and reference from customers for acquisition purposes. - To source and book new loan application
through various channels. - To promote Citibank mortgage products and
actively cross sell other products. - To maintain and uphold service standards set
by management and uphold corporate responsibility at all times. - To be a team player and willing to take on
responsibilities. - To ensure compliance and consistency with
bank’s Compliance & Control policy.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field. - At least 1-2 years experience in sales.
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Should possess an outgoing personality with
good interpersonal & communication skills. - Must be quality conscious, highly motivated,
success-driven and result oriented. - Experience in mortgage / Banking Financial
product is an added advantage. - Due to local legislation requirements, this
position is open for Malaysian citizen only.
