Head Developer, Mobile Network
Solutions Development

This senior position leads a team based in Malaysia specializing
in the development of our mobile switching and charging system.

Job
Responsibilities:-

To lead a team of software developers on development for
switching and charging solutions for Telco environment
To deliver and envision the overall global solution
architecture to serve global telcos.
To lead, train, guide and manage the development activities
for individual team members
To ensure software development best practices are implemented
in the team, and across the organization
To code crucial parts of the software solution

Qualifications:

Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
At
least five years working experience in software development using C, C# or
C++ with related programming experience in mobile network software
developmet.
Experience
in development on Dialogic and/or Telcobridges hardware/software
In-depth
knowledge in mobile network protocols including MAP, Diameter, Sigtran, SS7
Absolutely
a hands-on person in software development
Possess
good leadership qualities
