Treasury Front Office Manager
NBS Bank Limited , one of the leading commercial banks in Malawi, invites
applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the
position of Treasury Front Office Manager tenable at the Bank’s Office at
Ginnery Corner in Blantyre.
Job Purpose
This is a middle management position and reports to the Head of Treasury.
As a successful candidat
e, you will be expected to delivery sustainable revenue
and achieve treasury contribution to the Bank’s overall income.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities – the successful candidate will be
responsible for the following among other responsibilities – Managing of
trading of both foreign exchange and money markets, Driving sustainable revenue
in both foreign exchange and money markets, Managing the Bank’s Liquidity,
Providing Treasury Reports with relevant information for use in pricing,
forecasting for decision making, Achieving customer centricity in service
delivery
Qualifications and Experience – A Degree from a recognised institution
preferably in Accountancy, Finance, Economics Administration, Banking or
related fields, At least 3 yrs experience as Senior Treasury Dealer
Personal Attributes – Methodical, accurate and pays attention to detail,
Results orientated, adheres to procedures, turn-around times/deadlines,
Customer service-orientated, an helpful to those in need of assistance, Team
player – ability to share with and consult others, Excellent written, verbal
and interpersonal communication skills, Mathematically inclined, Ability to
work under pressure, Motivational and developmental skills
