Human Resources Officer
The New Forests
Company is a vertically integrated agro-industrial business planting trees on
sustainable commercial plantations for processing and selling of value added
timber products to local and regional markets.
The Human Resources
Officer would be based in the Nyungwe Forest Region and would be responsible
for all human capital management functions for the Rwanda operations.
The successful
candidate will meet the following requirements: Minimum of 3 years professional
HR experience a relevant University degree is essential sound knowledge of HR
policies, processes and initiatives knowledge of Rwandan labour laws and
practices.
