HR Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a major national insurer, for a Sales Consultant to work within the North of Scotland. You will be responsible for developing business with a selected agency base by working closely with them to understand their individual businesses.
You will be responsible for:
• Agreeing annual sales targets
• Ensuring that sales activity is in line with agreed targets, managing existing clients and attracting new clients
• Ensuring sales activity is compliant
• Supporting management in the development of their staff.

To be considered for this role you will come from a Commercial Insurance sales background with a proven track record in General Insurance sales. You will have experience of setting and achieving objectives and targets and able to react quickly to changes within the market. You will be have or be working towards an ACII qualification.
