RWANDAONLINE:
RwandaOnline Platform Ltd (ROPL) is a company
operating in Rwanda specialized in Information Technology especially eGov
services. 100 central and local Government services will be de

single eGov platform called www.irembo.gov.rw
by the end of year 2017.
On this platform, users will obtain information
about GoR services, they will be authenticated where applicable, they will be
able to upload all required documents and pay online except free services.
Their service application will then be submitted to the relevant backend
institution for processing. SMS/email notifications will be sent to the user on
a step by step to update the user on the progress of the application. Users can
also apply for services using USSD mobile applications by dialing *909#.

Irembo platform integrates with GoR institutions

service applications from citizens. During integration, it is often realized
that the institutions do not keep track of progress of the project and they
seem surprised and unprepared with no adequate human resource and
infrastructure.

A solution proposal to integrate GoR agency
backend system with Irembo platform using a standard message exchange interface
has been approved in which Crimsonlogic (CL) will develop the messaging gateway
for each agency which takes care of interacting with Agency system and Irembo
Integration platform.

THE POSITION:
The candidate for
this position should be comfortable in communicating to people in different
levels of responsibility from senior managers at the head of institutions to
middle managers, project managers and technical engineers. The candidate should
also have an extended exposure to IT systems especially application development
and management and should be confortable in understand the complexity around
Irembo platform and GoR backend systems.
