u will be responsible for
providing high level administration support to our team in a busy and dynamic
workplace.
This
position encompasses a wide-range of administration duties including but not
limited to the following:

Maintaining all electronic project related correspondence

Maintaining project databases – Synergy Practice Management

Bookkeeping (to support Accountant) – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Credit Control, Payroll, Purchasing

Monthly reconciliations, project and financial reporting, management of company
credit cards and petty cash

this autonomous position, you will assume responsibility for all admin duties
and effectively managing the operation of the office. In addition to
general admin, some of the key duties will be coordination of quality
management systems, management of company database, creation of project files,
HR, and dealing with our clients, consultants and various councils. In
turn you will be rewarded with a supportive working environment where you will
be given authority to take ownership of your responsibilities and be encouraged
to thrive.
