Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties
will be to provide excellent and friendly customer service. You

- Operate the latest in technology of CCTV,
intercom and remote access control equipment - Problem solving of customer issues
- Accurate recording of incidents and events
To be considered for these roles, you will be;
- Experienced in customer service
- Have a ‘can do’ approach to resolving customer
issues - Reliable and enthusiastic
- Strong communications skills
- Call Centre experience will be highly regarded
We are an enthusiastic team who are passionate
about providing excellent customer service. There are multiple
positions available with flexible working work hours. There are
also weekend, afternoon and nightshift positions available. Please
