provider of audio visual facilities management services to high profile clients
in the corporate environment. Our services consists of onsite visual support,
integration,
maintenance, event support, equipment hire and broadcast video
support. We manage and operate daily events with technical support including
consultation on how to use systems to their maximum potential, project manage
special events and provide and ensure that proper service and fault resolution
is carried out and monitored to industry standard service levels. Initially
established in Sydney, CTS have been expanding our services to Melbourne and
Perth.
Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to join the CTS
team. Depending on the skills you possess the position might see yourself
operating AV sound equipment on corporate events or working in a onsite
capacity. Being in a hands-on role yet delivering a high standard of AV and
customer services will allow you to further develop your previously gained AV skills
and get you in contact with clients who have an outstanding reputation in the
finance industry. Being part of the CTS team you will have exposure to all
aspects of the AV industry Audio/Vision/Video Conferencing.
- Setup, operation and pack down of audio visual
equipment for events in a corporate environment - Assist with Audio Visual support operating
corporate events - Recommending solutions to customers regarding
their AV setup, Providing technical advice and tuition to customers and
Troubleshooting AV systems - Assisting in developing operational procedures
regarding day to day requirements - Liaising with internal departments, clients,
freelancers and venue staff in a professional manner and operate independently
Your Background:
- Ideally 2 yrs + previous experience in AV
Production or AV onsite - Demonstrated competency in operating audio
visual equipment for Corporate Events or similar environment - Experience in Sound, Lighting and Audio Visual
systems (AMX, Extron, Crestron) - Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and work under
pressure - Strong focus on customer service!
- Excellent presentation and communication
skills - Team player with strong work ethic
