– Be a Rwandan by nationality
– Degree in public health, information technology or other related with
experience in the community activities
– Good experience in capacity building.
– Have experience on data analysis.
– Minimum of 2 years experience working in health sector, statistical analysis,
data and databases
– Good experience in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint Strong fluency in written
and spoken English or French as well as excellent oral and written
communication skills
