Limited has built a state of the art food processing factory in Salima,
Malawi.  The company is a values based agro-processing business working
closely with local communities to grow and process fruit, within the
requirements of the Rainforest Alliance international sustainability standards.

isen and MM (Operations) Limited seeks to fill
the following vacancies and appoint hardworking and driven individuals to
become part of its dynamic team.

Nutrient Production Supervisor – (Re- advertisement)

Responsible for the nutrient programme for the organic banana nurseries and 450
ha production area as well as for the production and management of all
composting systems
   
Applicants should be qualified to Degree Level in Agriculture or Environmental
Science and ideally have a minimum of 3 yrs of experience in supervision in
organic farming, He or she should have excellent decision-making skills and
demonstrate the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail

Processes – Development and implementation of all the ICS and Quality
Management Systems (QMS) for ensuring compliance with Rainforest Alliance and
organic standards to meet the requirement of all stakeholders
Health and Safety – ensure that production and processing sites are compliant
with industry and certification/client guidelines, Work closely with OSH&E
Officer to assist with legal and industry requirements
Quality – ensure the completeness and accuracy of all associated documentation,
and the maintenance of the ICS to reflect appropriate current requirements
Keeping of crop monitoring records, soil and foliar analysis, and developing a
continuous improvement plan to reduce organic production inputs and
outputs

Data and Information – implementation and management of organic policies and
procedures related to the Internal Control System (ICS) as well as nutrient
production and management
