OPPORTUNITY:
KSK Associates Financial Consultants is a consultancy firm that provides
Financial Consultancy Services including Assurance (External Audit and Internal
Audit reviews), Accounting Systems and Recruitment and Training for Businesses.
We are looking to recruit three highly motivated individuals for office in
Rwanda.
JOB TITLE:
Accounts Trainees.
Main
Responsibilities;
– Entering approved payment requests into accounting software.
– Preparation/ lining up of payment vouchers for both cash and bank payments
– Follow up accountability of advances following procedures in the accounting
manual.
– Posting receipts and sales invoices for clients.
– Participate in the preparation of Audit files / Audit processes
– File all accounting documents in proper files.
– Assists in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
– Responsible for own learning and development.
Qualifications;
– Bachelors in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration and any related
Field.
