in all HR solutions is currently supporting the recruitment of Director
of Product Engineering on behalf of IREMBO, a technology
company that designs and develops digital products focused on users in Africa,
starting with Rwanda. IremboGov, Irembo’s pioneer product, is a government
services platform. To date, it has 4.3M users in Rwanda and offers over 85
services online. Irembo is using this experience to develop a wide range of
products.

• Build
  and manage a growing team of product managers and engineers.
• Define
  and refine product and engineering roadmap to drive business value and
  customer impact.
• Improve
  development standards and procedures and ensure we use agile continuous
  deployment principles.
• Partner
  with other leaders in the organization to understand business goals,
  develop roadmaps, and design test strategies, tools, and drive meaningful
  improvements to increase the overall quality of our products.
• Manage
  product and engineer career progression and implement development plans
  that keep the team motivated, engaged and growing.
• Champion
  engineering and operational excellence, establish metrics and process for
  regular assessment and improvement.
• Integrate
  usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
  to enhance user satisfaction
• Partner
  with our recruiting team to find and hire engineers and great product
  thinkers onto our team.
• Engage
  local universities and technical schools to find meaningful collaboration
  and create a talent pipeline.
