- Providing
quality Administrative Assistance to our Financial Advisers - Document/Application
drafting, preparation, lodgment and correspondence - Providing
excellent customer service to our clients - Dealing
with all incoming emails promptly and efficiently - Answering
incoming calls and where appropriate assisting with client enquires - Maintaining
client database and company portal - Undertaking
office duties and errands as required
Key
Skills & Requirements:
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous
client service/customer service experience - Previous
experience in an administration role - Experience
and/or knowledge of superannuation, pension, personal insurance and
general investment is desirable but not necessary - Professional
presentation with exceptional customer service and telephone skills - Ability
to multi-task, prioritise and meet numerous deadlines - Good
attention to details and organisational skills - Excellent
written and verbal English skills - Proficient
knowledge of the Microsoft suite systems mandatory
