We
are seeking a switched on, pro-active and self-motivated individual to join our
fast paced financial services team in the Parramatta CBD.
Key
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Providing
    quality Administrative Assistance to our Financial Advisers
  • Document/Application
    drafting, preparation, lodgment and correspondence
  • Providing
    excellent customer service to our clients
  • Dealing
    with all incoming emails promptly and efficiently
  • Answering
    incoming calls and where appropriate assisting with client enquires
  • Maintaining
    client database and company portal
  • Undertaking
    office duties and errands as required
Key
Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous
    client service/customer service experience
  • Previous
    experience in an administration role
  • Experience
    and/or knowledge of superannuation, pension, personal insurance and
    general investment is desirable but not necessary
  • Professional
    presentation with exceptional customer service and telephone skills
  • Ability
    to multi-task, prioritise and meet numerous deadlines
  • Good
    attention to details and organisational skills
  • Excellent
    written and verbal English skills
  • Proficient
    knowledge of the Microsoft suite systems mandatory
Your

new skills will be the key success in this role.
