HR Advisor required for a 4 month contract due to commence in June.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a proactive, effective and consistent HR service for a dedicated Regional Business Unit. The role will involve implementing HR strategy and developing HR activities and initiatives.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a proactive, effective and consistent HR service for a dedicated Regional Business Unit. The role will involve implementing HR strategy and developing HR activities and initiatives.
The following experience and duties are required for this role:-
Advise on people management issues such as recruitment and employee relations.
Support the development and delivery of a range of new HR projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees.
Adopt a proactive approach in order to influence the management decision making process
Produce KPI information for the business unit.
Other adhoc HR Duties as required.
