This important role
is a key requirement for our manufacturing team as you will be responsible for
supervising production workers, conducting product changes, training other team
members as well as maintaining required production records. As a Process Controller
you will be responsible for running the extrusion lines so that they are
working efficiently and producing quality products. You will also be responsible
for correcting production faults in the quickest, safest and most efficient
way; ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality as well as
develop systems for improving productivity.

you must be dedicated to ensuring safety for yourself and your workmates.
You will have a strong focus on quality standards and demonstrate strong
problem solving skills and the ability to contribute to team objectives.
Demonstrated experience working with extrusion
machines is highly desired however on the job training will
also be provided. You will possess a current forklift licence, be mechanically
minded and ideally hold trade qualifications in boilermaking, fitting,
fabrication or other electrical/mechanical areas. This salaried position will
work rotating 12-hour shifts, in a 24/7 operation.
