recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team as Head
Chef. We are looking for a highly qualified chef with strong leadership skills
and the capacity to manage all facets of the kitchen.

The suitable
applicant must show:
-Ability to cope
with high volume without sacrificing quality
-Creative flair,
passion and a real interest in food
-Financial know how
to manage ordering, pricing and rosters
-Professional
attitude toward their work
-Interest/Experience
in Japanese cuisine and culture favourable but NOT essential
