top ASX listed companies in Australia.

The role:
Focusing on sourcing quality IT candidates, you will focus on all roles in the
technology suite, from testing, development, infrastructure, projects and
management roles.  You will resource both contract and permanent
positions, working closely with the Key Account Managers.  In
return, you will be rewarded highly for each placement you make, often
resulting in an additional $2000 per month in commission!

Responsibilities:

• Source
  IT professional candidates through database searches, SEEK advertising and
  linkedIN networking/headhunting
• Advertise
  roles on multiple job boards, and manage linkedIN networking pages and
  in-mail approaches
• Full
  candidate management from phone qualification, interview, negotiation and
  post placement care
• Contractor
  care such as managing time sheets and contract extensions
• HR
  and compliance for all placements 

• 2
  + years IT resourcing and candidate management experience
  
• Good
  understanding of the technology space, genuine interest 
• Previous
  experience resourcing for candidates through database searches, linkedIN,
  advertising on job boards such as SEEK etc
• Professional
  yet fun, high energy and proactive personality

• Professional,
  corporate and flexible working environment – go to the gym at lunch, work
  from home etc, 8.30am – 5.30pm hours. 
• Salary
  level up to $70,000 + Super + Commissions
  
• Lucrative
  commission structure that rewards you on every placement  (earning up
  to $20,000 per year OTE)
