well as domestic insurance and financial advice business support divisions.

This role is with
Colonial First State (CFS) and sits within the Client Services Division. Client
Services (CS) is the larges

t division in CFS with around 500 staff.

The Client Services
division is responsible for looking after the day to day interactions we have
with our clients – both advisers and investors.

This role is part of
our Investor Administration area and is in a team which adjusts our clients’
account balances where an error or system issue has caused a discrepancy.

Your Impact

As a Financial
Services Administrator (FSA) in the Adjustments team you will correct
inaccuracies in clients’ accounts. These will be where an administrator, the
adviser or an investor has identified an error in the account balance. You will
have to investigate the full impact on the account, calculate corrective values
and make allowances for market movement over time with accounts across the CFS
product range.

You will speak often
to advisers and investors, resolving issues we have had with errors and
oversights and explaining our processes and the corrections we’ll make.

Your
Responsibilities

You will be
responsible for:

  • Speaking
    with or writing to investors and advisers
  • Taking
    ownership of the accurate and timely resolution of errors and the
    processing of adjustments
  • Maintaining
    a clear record of your calculations and corrections and providing the
    client with a confirmation
  • Working
    as part of a team committed to the provision of excellent service
  • Assisting
    other team members where specialised knowledge or experience is required
  • Pro-actively
    finding solutions for system/service issues

Your skills

You must have
previous experience in a Superannuation role, with excellent superannuation
contributions knowledge. You will be highly motivated with the ability to
achieve targets in a busy and customer focused environment. You will show
previous experience prioritising and meeting deadlines. You must be willing to
learn, computer literate and above all have a strong focus on customer service
which is inherent in everything we do.

You will be highly
analytical and mathematical in your approach to problem solving, with a strong
understanding of unit pricing and an eye for detail. You will demonstrate clear
and concise written and verbal communication, with an ability to build
effective rapport quickly.
