of Mechanical Disciplines/HVAC on existing commercial office/hotel/retail
buildings.

The Role:
- Site Supervisor within commercial buildings
(projects value up to $10 million) - Coordinate multiple trades
- Meet delivery goals
- Work closely with Project Manager to ensure
site is compliant with safety & quality standards
The candidate:
- Mid tier Mechanical/HVAC background
- Multiple successfully completed commercial
projects - Thorough understanding of safety standards
- Excellent verbal communication
- Trades/Degree background
