Major duties and
responsibilities
– Prepare and cook all menu items
– Maintain the standards of portioning, food production and service delivery
– Supervising the cleaning operations of the kitchen
– Implement safety and cleaning guidelines in the kitchen
– Respect the work schedule.
Minimum Qualifications and
Experience
– Training in hospitality management or any other related field
– Good knowledge in English and Kinyarwanda
– At least one year of work experience in the kitchen
