POSITION : STORE MANAGER
Major Duties and
Responsibilities
– Drive service to achieve maximum turnover while maintaining quality customer
service
– Manage and control store within the budgetary limits
– Kitchen Management to ensure the Customer satisfaction in food production;
– Be involved in every customer complaint resolution
– Ensure all serving areas are clean and proper setup
– Ensure staff is working at maximum efficiency based on daily sales activities
– Train staff in service delivery
– Motivate staff when they are on duties
– Prepare staff work schedules every week.
Minimum Qualifications and
Experience
– Degree/diploma in hotel management or any other related field
– Excellent knowledge in English and Kinyarwanda
– At least 2 years of experience in hospitality Management or any other related
filed.
