At present, we are looking for a Workers Compensation Case Manager for one of Australia top scheme agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leader in the market and see your career move in the right direction.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• manage a small portfolio of workers compensation claims
• Maintain systems and ensure valid and timely data is entered to maintain accurate reporting.
• Report on and analyse workers compensation and RTW targets to ensure business objectives are met.
• Continually identify areas and implement opportunities to improve workers compensation, RTW and injury management systems.
To be successful in this role you will require:
• A proven background of at least 1-3 years in high quality claims management.
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to be proactive and move beyond conventional thinking to produce win win outcomes.
• Sound technical knowledge of the workers compensation act ( ideally with both NSW and ACT legislative knowledge)
• Candidates with injury management or RTW background (degree’s and experience) will be held in high regard.
