The Work force Development Authority (WDA) is a legally established Government
Institution under law Number 03/2009 of 27/03/2009 as amended by law N°39/2011
of 13/09/2011 with a mandate of empowering Rwandans with the right skills for
successful implementation of National Development programmes. WDA seeks to
recruit and fill the following positions

1. Secretary

Job Title: Secretary

Requirements: A1in
Secretarial Studies
Main responsibilities
  • To be responsible for the day to day running
    office
  • be responsible for the prompt dispatch of all
    outgoing documents from the office to the intended recipients, clearly
    recording all dispatch details in order to ensure easy follow up of the
    documents
  • To be responsible for receiving any documents
    coming into the office and ensuring they all reach their intended
    recipients promptly and to ensure that proper records keeping of these
    documents are maintained
  • To be responsible for the maintenance of a
    proper and neat filling system of all documents
  • To maintain an up to date electronic and
    physical diary for the supervisor to keep the supervisor informed of any
    urgent meetings or matters requiring to be attended,
  • Typing correspondences and office work;
  • Receiving telephone calls;
  • Receiving and guiding clients;
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the
    Office
  • Keeping and managing records, office
    stationery and equipment in a proper manner.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Job title: Monitoring
and Evaluation Officer
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management,
    Management or Economics or equivalent in related field.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation of
    projects will be an added advantage
Main responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the monitoring and
    evaluation plan ;
  • Undertake periodic field visits to TVET
    Schools to make sure that the activities are being done in accordance to
    work-plan and schedules;
  • Liaise with stakeholders on matters related to
    monitoring and evaluation;
  • Prepare reports of activities for the Director
    General, Management Team and various stakeholders of WDA
