– To
set up an effective administrative System likely to guarantee adequate health
services.

Develop and appropriately update policies and procedures
on administration
– Overall
talent management strategy including workforce planning; recruiting; hiring;
training and development; performance planning, management, and improvement;
and succession planning.

Oversee employment law compliance to regulatory concerns.
– To
make sure that all the polices and procedures as regards administrative
support are in place and carried out.
– To
ensure that the data management Systems guaranteeing confidentiality and
safety of information within the hospital.

Officer
Bachelor’s

Communication with 5 years of working experience in related field
Having
experience in health

audiences and press conferences held by senior managers of the Center

Maintain good relationships with various media both public and private for
the benefit of the Center

Supervise translation and interpreting services subcontracted from
specialized services
– Write
speeches, messages and press release of the authorities of the Center

Initiate and design communication programs to keep the public informed of the
activities carried out by the Center

Social Sciences,

Management of all problems related to customers

Identify and report on performance constraints

Ensure proactive Systems to maintain operational performance in collaboration
with other services

Ensuring Customer image outside CHUK

a weekly , monthly, quarterly and annual report on the evaluation of
activities

a weekly report on claims or complaints from customers
– Show
exceptional points reached by services in terms of Customers

Communicate with other District Hospitals as part of referral counter

of the Center

Ensure technical and administrative management of the entire team responsible
for maintenance of bio-medical/non biomedical equipment of the Center

Organize those who need to be on guard duty for maintenance
– Centralize
all needs in terms of bio-medical/non biomedical equipment and separate
parts
– Plan
the acquisition of bio-medical/no biomedical equipment and their spare parts

Produce monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports

Perform such other duties as may be required by his/her immediate Superiors
