We offer guided sightseeing bicycle tours that give our guests a unique look at
the diversity and beauty of Toronto. We host visitors from all over the world.
Our award winning rides take us on and off the beate
n path, from the most
popular landmarks and tourist spots to Toronto’s hidden neighbourhoods, parks,
and locales. Going by bike is a great way to see it all!
Our Guest Service Agents are often the first point of contact for customers who
are looking for a bike rental or to join on of our bicycle tours.
Responsibilities include:
• fielding customer inquiries, corresponding with our guests by phone, email
and in person
• Administering our bicycle rentals and booking guests into tours
• Other duties as required
Work is part-time (15 – 25 hrs/week). Shifts are mornings and/or afternoons
(between 8am and 6pm).
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, organized, hardworking,
and who is great at making our guests feel welcome.
Must have a warm, impeccable phone manner, must be comfortable using a desktop
computer, MS Office and the internet. Must also have the ability to work as
part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Previous customer service, office administration and/or hospitality experience
are definite assets. A familiarity with cycling in Toronto is also an asset.
Tourism experience is also an asset but is not required.
