Qualifications:
–Minimum Master’s degree in Law, Peace and Conflict Resolution, International development or Public Administration;
— Minimum of ten years’ experience in managing similar programs in a developing country;
— Vast experience in land as well as peace and reconciliation program implementation in a developing country context similar to that of Uganda;
–Able to communicate complex processes to diverse stakeholders both internal and external to the program.
These include cultural leaders, local government officials as well as officials in line ministries of the government of Uganda.
