VACANT POST: ACCOUNTANT
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Reports to: The General Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:
1.To manage financial, human and physical resources of the company throughout
the country;
2.To ensure accuracy and legality of all payments and integrity of the payroll;
3.To ensure proper records management and acceptable level of debtors and
creditors;
4.To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and bank
reconciliation statements; and
5.To prepare Annual Plan and Budget.
6.Recommend to the General Manager and Board of Directors measures for
maximizing shareholders’ worth.

Profile/Key Competencies:
1.Degree or diploma in accounting, being registered with NBAA and working
experience of more than 3 years
2.Previous experience and ability to carry out activities in the whole
accounting cycle up to preparation of financial statements;
3.Ability to use spreadsheets and accounting packages; and
4.Sound leadership skills, positive attitude to work, versatile, creative, team
player and hardworking.
