full-services web agency, established specifically to help the likes of small
to medium-sized businesses, offering our clients a wide range of professional
design, development, copywriting, online marketing, social media and hosting
services. Our aim is to give smaller businesses the chance they need to make
their mark online.

Having built more
than 7,000 websites to date, we’re still growing and so is our team. To meet
the increasing demand for high quality websites and online products, we’re
looking for a bright and enthusiastic Network & Systems Administrator /
Tech Lead to join us, bringing with them a heightened level of tech knowledge,
fantastic communication skills and a genuine desire to help smaller businesses
flourish.

We’re looking for
someone with the ability to deliver on tight deadlines, who enjoys working in a
high-volume environment whilst being able to apply their expertise and identify
when technical issues may arise as well as being able to resolve them
efficiently.

With a starting
salary of $35K-45K per year + Superannuation + Bonuses, this is a full-time,

This role
requires:

• 3 or
  more years’ experience in web administration.
• At
  least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or a related subject.
• Strong
  CPanel, Plesk and related software skills.
• The
  ability to manage server outages and troubleshooting
• The
  ability to identify and correct internal and external email issues
• The
  capacity to set up SSL certificates as well as renewing them and fixing
  any related issues.
• A
  strong understanding of DNS configurations and troubleshooting.
• Excellent
  communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding
  organisational skills.
• Be
  well-presented, expressed and have a passion for helping small to
  medium-sized businesses.
• Be able
  to relate to a wide spectrum of clients to ensure that our high standards
  in customer service are maintained.
• Be able
  to consult with small to medium-sized business owners, on a daily basis,
  by phone, email and/or face-to-face meetings.

Recommended

• Experience
  in sales with a proven target/track record
• Experience
  in managing Linux servers.
• A good
  understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• In-depth
  PHP/MySQL knowledge
• Ability
  to manager server maintenance and upkeep
• A
  genuine interest in marketing, technology, Search Engine Optimisation and
  Pay Per Click Advertising
