Job Description
A.
Prepare and implement certification audit plans 1. Carry out audit activities 2. Prepare audits reports and be signatory to the reports 3. Make certification observations and opinions on the products/system audited 4. Carry out surveillance audits for certified products and systems 5. Monitor product compliance through market surveillance for certified products 6. Data organization, generation and maintainance of directories B. Reporting 1. Compile work reports and report to the Lead officer 2. Ensure proper maintenance of certification clients’ files C. Participate in cross cutting activities in collaboration with other Units 1. Participate in internal audits and peer assessment activities 2. Participate in technical committee meeting for standards development 3. Be resource persons for generic training of stakeholders 4. Participate in unit meetings and other meeting as assigned 5. Implementing the Top management resolutions |

Job Profile
A0
in engineering, chemistry, Environmental sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology or Quality Management System Key technical skills and knowledge required: – High analytical skills; -Factual approach to decision making;- Knowledge of certification procedures; – organizational and leadership skills;-Quality assurance skills;- Time management skills;- Decision making skills;- Excellent communication skills; – Computer skills;- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
