Royal College of
Healthcare is a boutique Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in
quality training within the aged care industry. Royal College of
Healthcare is experiencing rapid growth and we are currently seeking dynamic
trainers to compliment our dedicated training team.

Key
responsibilities of this role include:
- Deliver
training in Certificate III in Aged Care and Home and Community Care - Perform
student assessments - Facilitate
student progress and successful outcomes - Liaise
with key stakeholders
The
successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
- Minimum
two years training experience in the healthcare sector/VET industry. - Minimum
two years work experience in the aged care industry with relevant
vocational qualification at Certificate III level or higher. - Proven
ability to manage small and large training groups - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills - Sound
knowledge of training packages - Excellent
organisation and time management skills - People
focused and enjoy working autonomously as part of an energetic team - Polished
customer service skills
Other
mandatory requirements:
- TAE40110
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Current
satisfactory Police Certificate - Current
Drivers License and own vehicle
