We currently have an exciting Service Manager
opportunity available to join our Front End team (0-78 weeks). This is an
outstanding opportunity for an experienced Workers Compensation professional to
lead and drive a team of Case Managers in achieving desired outcomes on claims,
driving RTW performance and maintaining positive relationships with employers,
injured workers and other stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Actively lead, motivate and coach a team of
    Case Managers in operational activities to achieve set targets, objectives
    and KPIs;
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance
    of claims management strategies and objectives;
  • Provide a range of coordinated high quality
    case management services to stakeholders to promote sustainable return to
    work objectives;
  • Ensuring positive stakeholder relationships
    with external (employers, injured workers, treating practitioners etc) and
    internal (inter- and intra-division) stakeholders;
  • Drive change to optimise service delivery and
    overall team performance; and
  • Undertake process improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Possess demonstrated leadership, client
    service and coaching ability, with an aptitude for analysing information
    and making strategic decisions;
  • A high degree of relationship management
    skills with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Knowledge and understanding of workers
    compensation, case management and injury management, gained in an
    insurance, occupational rehabilitation, or clinical environments;
  • Expertise in building and maintaining
    effective internal and external relationships to deliver quality and
    sustainable client relationships; and
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to
    identify, plan and implement opportunities for change that will increase
    performance.
