About the
Job

We are seeking an
experienced and knowledgeable Chef de Partie to work across all section of this
reputable kitchen, where you will work as part of a cohesive team, whose
aim is to create memorable dining experiences, each and every service. You
will be exposed to mis en place, cooking in various sections (wok, larder,
grill, pans and deep fryer) and will need to have experience in Asian with a
high attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen.

About You

You must possess
experience within respected, high volume a la carte operations, where you have
developed polished culinary skills that allow you to run a section of the
kitchen unsupervised. To be successful in this role you must have
excellent time and task management skills, outstanding verbal communication and
be able to demonstrate that you are an effective team player. A passion for
creating excellence will be highly regarded and our successful candidate
will be hard working and cope well under pressure.
