Patersons is currently seeking an experienced Dealers Assistant to join our
team in Melbourne.
As a Dealers Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administration and broker support to
the Melbourne - Private Clients team on a daily basis;
- Taking and managing Retail client orders;
- Providing share price quotations;
- Maintaining client accounts, co-ordinating new
issues; - Distributing research material, and much more.
Ideally we are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a
Dealers Assistant or Client Services role (within Financial Services), and you
will have technical knowledge of share transactions and settlements, as well as
a genuine interest in the finance markets at large.
Computer literacy, excellent client liaison skills and the ability to work in a
team are essential.
All applicants must be RG146 compliant (refer to www.asic.gov.au for details)
or prepared to undertake the RG146 accreditation.
