A leading Global Telecommunications company is currently seeking an experienced
Project Scheduler to join their large IT Team for an initial 6 month
contract in Sydney with possible extensions. This is a client facing role where
you will consolidate project schedules and report across a specific program of
work.

The succes

sful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and
experience:

  • Expert level knowledge of MS Project v 2010
    and 2007;
  • Ability to work with project managers to
    identify key milestones, deliverables and dependencies for their projects;
  • Ability to effectively link, track and monitor
    inter-project dependencies;
  • Consolidation of various project schedules
    into a program level schedule;
  • Develop and analyse project and program
    critical paths; and
  • Ability to trouble-shoot schedules to identify
    resource gaps, issues with progress and dependencies.

You will be responsilble for, but not limited to the following:
  • All project schedules developed to defined
    schedule standards, including resource levelling
  • Project schedules incorporated into an end to
    end Program level schedule; and
  • Project schedule update processes and timings
    defined.
