and policies that support small-scale producers and ensure that women
smallholders achieve fair, sustainable livelihoods in agricultural markets. The
evaluation will seek to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and
results of the project, the design, planning and implementation of the project
and the quality and effects of key decisions made during the course of the
project.
