Job Description:
One Acre Fund is a rapidly–growing organization, and serves a large client base
across Rwanda. A significant portion of our client base is made up of Agro
Dealers, MINAGRI-licensed fertilizer distributors.
We are seeking an ambitious candidate to work with a growing team to provide
administration and operations management for the Agro Dealer program. The
successful candidate will be tasked with creating and managing the Agro Dealer
department for OAF Rwanda. The position requires strong business and team
management skills, and a willingness to travel often in the countryside.
Position duties:
- Performance management: Holds monthly team
meetings at headquarters, with focus on team performance and monthly
targets
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with
logistics department leadership to ensure regular fertilizer deliveries,
keep abreast of fertilizer availability in districts of operation - Government relations: Works with government
relations team to keep track of priority sectors, districts, or customers,
incorporate government priorities into program goals - Reporting: Compiles monthly distribution and
voucher reports, weekly credit repayment reports, and any program reports
for Tubura/MINAGRI as
needed
- Staff management and support: Conducts
seasonal staff evaluations, makes regular field visits to all program
officers to evaluate in-field performance and customer service
We are seeking exceptional professionals with 1 to 5+ years of work experience,
and a demonstrated long–term passion for international development. They will
serve in a career–track position that combines both field and management
experience.

humble approach to service. - A willingness to commit to living in rural
areas of Rwanda for at least two years – this is a long–term, career–track
role. - Language: English, French and Kinyarwanda

Compensation: Modest starting salary, with performance based raises.
