Niloufar Banisaied, 58, Says Family Has Always Been Her Greatest Accomplishment

For Niloufar Banisaied, success has never just been about business. While she has spent years involved with Avalon Hospitality Partners and helping build a respected name in hospitality, those closest to her say family has always come first.

Now 58 years old, Niloufar says the part of life she treasures most is being a mother and grandmother.

Friends describe her as someone who always showed up for her children no matter how busy life became. Between work, family responsibilities, and building a career, she still made sure her home was filled with support, love, and stability.

Today, seeing her children grown and building lives of their own is something that means everything to her.

Her daughter, Sara Banisaied, 35, recently celebrated her wedding surrounded by close family and friends, a moment Niloufar says was emotional and unforgettable. Her son, Shaman Banisaied, 29, has also stepped into a larger role within the family business, something that has made her incredibly proud.

People close to the family say Niloufar has always been the heart of it all. Her children often credit her strength, sacrifices, and guidance for helping shape who they are today.

But according to Niloufar, nothing compares to becoming a grandmother.

She now spends as much time as possible with her grandchildren and says those simple moments together are what matter most to her now. Whether it’s family dinners, holidays, or just spending time at home, she says this stage of life has brought her the most happiness.

“She lights up around her grandkids,” one family friend shared. “Family is truly everything to her.”

While her children continue taking on more responsibility within the family business, Niloufar says she’s simply grateful for the life and family she worked so hard to build.
