Assistant Manager – Sales Development –

Developing and executing sales plans and programmes to ensure business and profitability
growth, Ensuring achievement
of sales targets, Develop and maintain customer
relationships, Formulation and implementation of sales strategy and budget,
Sales Agents administration, Market research analysis, Preparation of weekly,
monthly and quarterly performance reports
Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, Self starter who
works with minimum supervision, Ability to meet deadlines and targets, Ability
to prioritise tasks at hand, Excellent analytical skills, Team player
First degree from reputable and recognised university. Those with a
business related degree plus a diploma in marketing will have an added
advantage, At least 2 yrs experience in similar field, Sound background in
business development and customer relationship management I the financial
services industry
