Me to We Style, is a growing apparel social enterprise committed to
providing quality custom apparel for socially responsible consumers,
organizations and corporations at both the retail and wholesale level.

give, and the choices we make on what to buy and what to wear.
As an Senior Sales Manager for Me to We Style you are representing a
rapidly expanding wholesale, eco-friendly apparel company. It is your
mandate to: Retain and grow current business through proactive
customer engagement. You will spend 20% of your time hunting and
closing new business and 65% of your time managing an existing
portfolio, and 15% managing a small team of account managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management:
• Conduct weekly check-ins with all Account Managers, monitoring
progress on their pipeline and quarterly targets
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Account Managers on an on-going basis.
• Support Director of Sales with weekly Sales Meetings, outlining
agenda items, key take-aways and ensuring team is moving action items
forward
• Supporting Director of Sales and Director of Strategy with annual reviews
Account Management:
• The Sales Manager will be responsible for achievement of revenue
goals with key assigned accounts, medium to high level.
• Supporting customers throughout the relationship; seeking customer
feedback; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate sales calls, in-person meetings and presentations; create
and deliver customized presentations.
• Monitor account production, growth, future needs.
• Follow-up with customers personalizing the Me to We Style standard 8
step process.
• Develop effective executive calling strategies and dialogues on Me
to We Style solutions.
• Communicate account plans and key customer issues to all members of
the sales team.
Building Partnerships
• Demonstrating business acumen, cultivating a network with the result
of earning the respect to be viewed as a trusted business advisor.
• Building effective working relationships with external partners.
• Using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective
relationships; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness
and trust and gives them confidence in one’s intentions.
• Report up to Director of Sales & Director of Strategy about what’s
happening with strategic accounts as well as the general climate of
the market, and how the Account Managers are doing on quarterly
targets.
• Manoeuvring within the client organization to establish
relationships with new clients.
• Talking to various stakeholders within the organization to build or
expand business.
• Communicate the purpose, boundaries, significant dates, and
importance of the task, responsibility, or project to internal
partners.
• Liaise with Free The Children and Me to We (Partner Relations &
Consumer Engagement Teams) around business development opportunities.
Selling
• Building, developing and managing qualified sales funnel of opportunities.
• Responsible for achieving a quarterly sales goal and an annual sales quota.
• Research customer’s business through marketing literature, annual
reports, press releases, organization charts, financial reports, and
their web site to learn as much about the company’s priorities and
business drivers as possible.
• Staying abreast of client organizations’ recent news and activities.
• Linking Me to We Style’s solutions to stated business needs,
solidifying Me to We Style’s value proposition versus the competition.
• Identify possible threats to sales opportunities, and then considers
how to overcome them.
• A strategic thinker who is able to develop sales solutions that
appropriately considers available facts, constraints, competitive
circumstances, and probable consequences.
• Engaging with customers to explore their situations and needs;
probing underlying issues that suggest broader solutions that advance
the sale.
• Assess and identify customer needs, effectively handle objections,
close sales.
• Attend and support tradeshows, conferences and events as required.
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 3 – 4 years of B-B sales experience, with proven
ability to hunt and close sales, as well as manage mid to high level
accounts.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a
young sales team
• Strong drive, excellent oral and written communications skills,
highly organized, and demonstrated professionalism
• Strategic thinker with the ability to come up with new business
strategies to drive business.
• Proven ability to problem solve and multi-task during high-stress situations
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Requires the ability to travel within Canada and the US 10-15% of
the time to events, tradeshows, conferences and We Days.

The ideal candidate is someone looking for a more senior level sales
position who can grow within our team. This is a full time, permanent
position. Compensation includes a base salary plus 3 tiered commission
structure, including a benefits package, commensurate upon experience.
