will focus half of her/his time on providing wide ranging support for project
implementation and management within t
he Kampala-based Africa Regional Office
(AfRO) as well as the six countries within the region. S/he will focus the
other 50% of her/his time on supporting ACCESS-SMC, a ground breaking
UNITAID-funded project, led by Malaria Consortium in partnership with six other
organisation, which is scaling up access to seasonal malaria chemoprevention to
save children’s lives across seven countries in the Sahel.
The successful candidate will have:
• Master’s Degree in Public Health or related field
• Experience in project management, financial
management, technical writing/editing, and/or communications
management, technical writing/editing, and/or communications
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills in
English
English
• Ability to work in French
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Previous business development/proposal writing

• Skills in designing graphics and using publishing
