Mentor
Lakeland College, an independent liberal arts institution of higher education
located in Wisconsin, USA seeks qualified candidates for the position of
Educational Research Mentor
Main responsibilities include assisting with data analysis and serving as an
overall resource person for Lakeland graduate students in Malawi while they
complete their master’s degree theses and action research projects; visiting
students in the field; communicating regularly with Lakeland’s Director or
Graduate Programs in the US; and completing other related small projects and
administrative tasks in Malawi as needed by the college
Education and experience
required: minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education and at
least 2 yrs of teaching experienced, preferably in a primary school or teacher
training college; excellent communication skills; and knowledge and experience
using research methodology and data analysis in the field of education. A
successful candidate will also be someone who is dependable works well with
others, and follows directions precisely.
The research mentor will work from an office in Lilongwe, A competitive salary
