MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
you will be responsible for the direct patient care. Evaluating the subordinate
under you
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
directly responsible for patient care
performing frequent , regular patient assessment
responsible for subordinate , student and community education
responsible to help student in his/her unit
Qualifications and Experience
Have a minimum of Diploma in General nursing. Must be registered with
the Botswana Nursing and Midwifery Council. Post training will be an added
advantage.
