Interested candidates should submit the filled application
form together with a Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing their academic
qualifications and professional experience in the above mentioned areas to the
Principal of IPRC WEST, Karongi Campus (former ETO KIBUYE. The application form
shall be accompanied by a photocopy of the required degree and a photocopy of
the identity card. Application forms can be downloaded from Public Service
Commission (PSC) website,
www.psc.gov.rw or from
IPRC website,
www.iprcwest.ac.rw. The Applicants will be selected in accordance with procedures set
out in the National Recruitment Guidelines. Applicants may obtain a detailed
advertisement indicating the required academic qualifications and main
responsibilities for each post on IPRC WEST website, or call on Tel: (+250)
788871075 from 08:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday through Thursday and from 8:00
am to 3:00 pm on Friday. Applications should reach IPRC WEST not later than Tuesday,
14/01/2014 at 12h00 PM.

N.B For a candidate who is currently a public servant, must
have completed three (3) years of service in a job position to which he/she was
appointed , as it is provided for in article 34 of the law n°86/2013 of
11/09/2013 establishing the general statutes for public service.
