The
instrument that was used for this study was structured questionnaire, oral
interview and personal observation methods. The questionnaire was made up of
two sections, Section A and section B. section A contained the personal data of
the respondents and section B contained questions for the purpose of the study based
on the research questions. The respondents were asked to tick Yes or No in
answering the questions
